I was a chronic multi drug abuser, addict and alcoholic. My drug career began with glue and other solvents when I was a teenager - needless to say I had a lot of problems. Despite all that I held down a job as a bank manager and hid my desperate addictive behaviour from most of the world.

I finally became ready to throw in the towel but couldnt get seen on the NHS for at least 6 months. Fortunately, through the Bank, I had Private Medical Insurance so I was recommended to see this 'Addiction Guru' Alistair Rhind.

The long and the short was that he helped save my life and helped me put the shattered pieces together one bit at a time.

After a few years of sobriety, with Alistair's encouragement I left the Bank and went through the Addiction training course he was running for another organisation and I trained as an NLP Psychotherapist. Today I have been clean and sober for a good number of years and I work as an Addiction Therapist in the Voluntary sector.

I can recommend Alistair Rhind not just as a fantastic therapist but also a wonderful teacher or, as I prefer to describe him, a Guru.
